On the back of a pre-existing design and planning consent, we were tasked with delivering over 2,200sqm of new workspace in the creative hub of Liverpool; the Baltic Triangle. The project is currently on site and includes a large, 3-storey roof top extension, clad in corten steel and dressed with a black steel exo-skeleton.
