Elsynge Road

2 new build houses in Clapham built on the site of a previous Victorian bungalow. This is a back-land site with extremely complex planning and construction issues- the building could not be very high due to overshadowing issues. We could not crane any items into the site so every piece of material had to fit through a single doorway. The building is entirely made of timber- the material gave us flexibility with workmanship and maual handling into the site. The project is due for completion in August 2019.
