Collector’s Flat

We were asked to transform the existing 4 bed flat into a 3 bed flat of the highest quality for a couple, downsizing from a large house. The flat, located in a Marylebone mansion block, had been vacant for over 2 years and unmodernised in almost 40 years. The project included new services (electrical & plumbing), additional bathrooms and substantial structural alterations. As collectors of art and antiques, our client’s brief centered on the desire to create space (wall & floor) to display and enjoy their collection in their day-to-day lives.
