Addison Avenue

This project involves the complete internal overhaul of a Grade II listed villa on Addison Avenue in Holland Park.An extensive suite of internal changes is proposed as well as the demolition of an existing rear conservatory and replacement with a mire substantial masonry structure that takes its design cues and details from the existing historic building.The project is currently at planning stage and we hope to commence construction in early 2022.
