New Build Apartments

A new build apartment building located in Putney, London, this project sought to make the most of a corner plot to provide nine luxury apartments to the competitive local market.The project development took us through a process of maximising the envelope within the various planning limitations and then optimising the layout to provide a variety of apartment sizes.Materially, the selected palette was pale brick and bronzed aluminium window framing complemented by a zinc mansard upper level. We were keen to avoid horizontal glazing framing and opted for a mix of large fixed glazing panels, full height balcony doors and solid opening ventilation panels to provide environmental control to the residents.
