Project Status – Pre-Planning We were appointed to redevelop the proposed site into a community focused, mixed use development, providing a unique destination, which will provide local residents with important facilities and a support network to improve their lives. The scheme will provide affordable housing, community focused facilities, including a nursery, grocers and small commercial units aimed at local business. This proposal was short-listed by the local authority.
