Bonny Banks

Design of a new contemporary dwelling to replace an existing 1950s bungalow on a prominent site in Bath. The complex site is steeply sloping and adjacent the Grade I listed Prior Park. The new home will provide 300 square metres of accommodation featuring a lower ground double garage and ancillary spaces, upper ground with generous living areas and four en suite bedrooms on the top floor. The proposed materials palette includes rough-cut stone, ashlar stone and contemporary cladding for the upper floor. Planning approval was obtained in Summer 2023.
