A full refurbishment of one of the iconic Type 21 apartments in the Barbican. Our work was based on a gentle intervention and upgrades mostly adhering to the original Grade 2 listed layout, but with the addition of an opaque internal window bringing daylight deeper into the plan. Often the best architectural moves are the simplest.
