Extensive reconfiguration of an existing detached countryside dwelling. The existing property features a poorly planned loft conversion. The proposals see the roof replaced with a new pitched roof and modern linear dormer. Two smaller single storey extensions are proposed on the ground floor which will provide terraces to the rooms above.
